In this key leadership role, Bly will oversee critical operational functions and drive business growth, further solidifying Abatemaster's position as an industry leader.

As Director of Business Operations, Bly will be responsible for a range of duties, including drafting and reviewing client estimates and proposals, leading the integration of project management software across the organization, supporting collections efforts, and monitoring project performance.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Bly will play a key role in the execution of business plans and initiatives, conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, and support project management by coordinating resources and timelines. He will also help build client relationships through participation in meetings and presentations, and assist the marketing team with client acquisition efforts.
