Project Description
Abatemaster executed targeted asbestos abatement at a medical facility basement, including:
- Removed 210 SF of ACM 9×9 tile/mastic
- Demolished/disposed of cabinets, countertops, and sinks (client pre-disconnected utilities)
- Installed emergency exit rerouting signage during containment
- Deployed negative pressure enclosures with HEPA filtration
- Coordinated client-led HVAC shutdown and site prep
- Conducted third-party PCM air clearance testing (<0.01 f/cc)
- Provided asbestos waste manifests for full disposal compliance
Abatemaster delivered a fully compliant abatement process, ensuring all asbestos-containing materials were safely removed and disposed. The medical facility resumed normal operations post-clearance, with documentation certifying a hazard-free environment.
