Asbestos Abatement - Multi-Family

Abatemaster provided multiple project managers, inspectors, management planners and abatement crews to complete multiple phases simultaneously across the facility to support demolition of 500-unit apartment complex including office, laundry building and storage shed.

This project was also completed in multiple phases of work across 2 years. Initially, Abatemaster conducted asbestos surveys and abatement of 500 units in the apartment complex. Subsequently Abatemaster successfully abated all 500 apartment units, office and storage buildings in 4.5 months and prepared the units ear-marked for controlled burn by local fire departments and police training agencies. Local permits and state permits for asbestos were obtained and, following each abatement and final demolition, waste disposed of at an EPA approved asbestos landfill.
