Asbestos Abatement - Historic Building: Coleman Mill

Abatemaster successfully completed a large-scale asbestos abatement project at the historic Coleman Mill in Kannapolis, North Carolina. This project required particular attention to historical preservation considerations while ensuring complete environmental safety. The Coleman Mill, originally built in 1898, holds significant historical importance as one of the earliest textile mills in the region and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The project demonstrated Abatemaster’s expertise in handling complex industrial abatement projects while working within the constraints of a historically significant structure. Our team completed the project in January 2025.
