Lead Abatement - Government Building

Abatemaster was tasked with conducting Lead-Based Paint services for a postal facility under the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) to repair, stabilize and sequester affected building components to make the building safe for operations.

Lead based paint at the facility was flaking/peeling throughout entire building and Abatemaster performed stabilization and prepared the structure for other contractors to perform follow-on renovation of structure.

Abatemaster coordinated our project schedule with postal operations and follow-on contractors to ensure project completion. In this case, walls with plaster and lead paint were stabilized including railings on stairwells etc. Abatemaster utilized EPA approved landfill for lead disposal of any materials abated or removed from the facility
